Pre-launchPharos hasn't ingested data for this one yet.Auditing
Pharos can still tell you how this asset is supposed to work, when it expects to launch, and what sources to watch. Live market, peg, liquidity, and safety surfaces activate only after the first post-launch data sync.
Built by the Reflexer team as a successor to RAI, combining Liquity's redemption floor and Stability Pool with a RAI-style controller pinned to $1. Docs and the introductory post went live 2026-07-21 and describe a finished mainnet deployment configuration for eight collateral branches, but no contract addresses are published (the deployed-addresses registry and the RDToken FAQ entry both read TBD), the core repository is private, and the audits reference page states external security audits are in progress with audit-targeted commits still to be tagged. RAI Dollar was selected for the Ethereum Foundation Audit Subsidy Program on 2026-08-04, with the team describing the subsidy as funding independent audits ahead of a public testnet and launch. Pharos holds RD at auditing until audit reports, a public testnet, or mainnet addresses are published.

Selected for the Ethereum Foundation Audit Subsidy Program
The team said the subsidy will help fund independent security audits as it prepares for public testnet and launch. No audit reports have been published yet.
RAI Dollar announced with public docs and introductory post
Reflexer's team introduced RD as an immutable, $1-targeting CDP stablecoin on Ethereum with no governance, admin keys, or upgrade path, combining Liquity redemptions and Stability Pool with a RAI-style rate and par controller.
The Reflexer team's answer to its own experiment: RAI's controller, this time aimed squarely at $1 — and, as ever, with no admin keys to fix it if they are wrong.
RAI spent years proving that a stablecoin could be steered by an on-chain controller rather than a committee, and the mechanism worked; the market followed the redemption price faithfully. What it never solved was that the redemption price was not a dollar, and most of the market could not get past that. RAI Dollar keeps the machinery and pins the target. RD is an immutable CDP stablecoin on Ethereum where a PI controller reads a 24-hour TWAP of the market price and moves one system-wide borrow rate, bounded to 0.25-50% APY around a 2% bias, until supply and demand pull the price back to $1 — with Liquity's redemption arbitrage underneath as the floor. The par lever RAI made famous is still in the box, but bounded to $0.75-$1.30 and moving no faster than a tenth of a cent an hour, held for the extremes rather than left to float. Collateral sits in eight isolated branches — WETH, wstETH, rETH, weETH, WBTC, tBTC, sUSDS, and PAXG — each with its own troves, stability pool, and shutdown path, and the design answers the question Liquity V2 left open by routing a slice of healthy-branch fees to repair a branch that ends up undercollateralized, rather than convening a vote. Borrowers who dislike the redemption queue can pay a floating surcharge for a Redemption Shield that funds a matching discount for everyone who does not. It is a genuinely thoughtful synthesis, and it is also entirely theoretical: no contracts are deployed, the address registry reads TBD, the core repository is private, and the audits are still in progress — funded in part by an Ethereum Foundation subsidy awarded in August 2026. Immutability cuts both ways, and whatever ships is what runs, permanently.
▶️RAI Dollar has been selected for support through the Ethereum Audit Subsidy Program!
The subsidy will help fund independent security audits as we prepare for public testnet and launch.
We’re grateful for this support as we work to bring the immutable dollar of DeFi to life.Show more

1/ The Ethereum Audit Subsidy
A joint initiative with audit providers to subsidize the cost of audits for Ethereum builders. Security audits are a best practice, yet expensive. The subsidy program makes audits accessible and strengthens the Ethereum ecosystem.
