ZelleUSD (ZLUSD) stablecoin status and tracking

ZLUSD is live on Solana. Pharos tracks it pre-launch because no admissible source prices it. Early Warning Services, the operator of the Zelle network, unveiled ZelleUSD (ZLUSD) on June 11 2026 as its proprietary U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin and said it will support future international payments in other markets, alongside a Zelle remittance corridor to India expected before the end of 2026. The release named no issuer, chain or launch date. The issuer is Anchorage Digital Bank N.A.: the Solana Token-2022 mint 7NNkMtGACBbwJdMRYD2KchTKm2xBwnsb4bT7YSfRUWZ4 (6 decimals) was created on June 10 2026 with metadata on Anchorage's static host, and all 30 of its mint transactions were signed by C2QJ4HKLWzWRNprAmKoyd6YqXouVHFZuLKujdqtF4ZDt, the mint authority of the Anchorage-issued USDPT and USDGO mints that Western Union and OSL publish. The first tokens were minted on June 18 2026 under the placeholder name USDXDEV. On July 10 the metadata was renamed ZLUSD and now states that ZLUSD is issued for Zelle by Anchorage Digital Bank NA and is redeemable 1:1 for U.S. dollars. Ledger Insights reported on June 12 that the stablecoin was live and that Zelle app support would follow by the end of the year. No transfer-hook program is set and new token accounts open unfrozen, so transfers are not allowlisted. Holders have transferred tokens between wallets, and the freeze authority has frozen the accounts of five specific wallets. Anchorage's covered stablecoin terms limit issuance and redemption to ADB clients but allow on-chain transfers to other addresses, barring transfers that violate sanctions or other law. At slot 464063902 on November 1 2026, supply was 137,650.11 ZLUSD across 14 funded wallets, after 158,262.11 minted and 20,612 burned. CoinGecko's zelleusd entry is a preview listing for this mint with no price or market cap, DefiLlama does not list ZLUSD, and no DEX pool exists for the mint.
