Offshore Yuan stablecoins provide on-chain CNH exposure for cross-border settlement and Asian DeFi markets. Because CNH trades separately from onshore CNY, Pharos evaluates CNH-pegged tokens against a dedicated offshore yuan FX reference rather than folding them into the CNY bucket.
