CADD launched on May 4, 2026 as a CAD-pegged stablecoin issued through Tetra Trust's regulated framework, with Alberta Treasury Board and Finance approval and trust-segregated reserves dedicated to redemption. The token has Ethereum and Base contracts, while issuer materials list Tempo and forthcoming Solana support, positioning CADD as an institutional settlement rail rather than a retail DeFi product first. Pharos keeps CADD in coverage-pending status because DefiLlama and CoinGecko list the asset but currently do not expose usable live price and supply data. Monthly Baker Tilly reserve attestations and daily reserve-ratio disclosures provide a stronger transparency baseline than many long-tail fiat stablecoins if active market data follows.
